Training the StopSign Spam Filter to correctly identify spam email in Outlook or Outlook Express:


1)  Right-click on a spam email.

2)  Click Forward As Attachment.

3)  Send to spam@firewall  (Note: there is no .com).

 

If our Spam Filter mis-identifies a non-spam email as spam in Outlook or Outlook Express:

1)  Right-click on the non-spam email.

2)  Click Forward As Attachment.

3)  Send to nonspam@firewall
    (Note: there is no .com).

You may get an email from "Mail Delivery System" with a subject of "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender".  You may disregard this email.
