How do I enable Popup Blocker?

If you are still seeing popups after following the instructions in Blocking Popups, it is possible that you do not have StopSign  Popup Blocker enabled.

Enabling Popup Blocker.

  1. Open the eAcceleration Software Station: Click Start > Programs > eAcceleration > eAcceleration Software Station. In eAcceleration Software Station, click the StopSign icon, then Popup Blocker.
  2. Make sure that checkbox next to "Enable Popup Blocker" is checked.
  3. Click Apply.

Internet Explorer Setting Changes:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Make sure that the checkbox next to "Enable third-party browser extensions" is checked.
  2. Close and reopen Internet Explorer.

Note: These instructions will not affect popups from any adware programs that already exist on your computer. They are specific to Internet Explorer and may not be compatible with other Internet browsers.
