Technical Support Team Hours:

Monday - Saturdays - 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Last week, out of frustration over my problem and the difference in time zones, I wrote to you as a very disgruntled customer. Today I'm writing to express my gratitude in helping me solve my computer issues. Both Bryan and Mary Anne were especially helpful and patient as we waded through my problems. Not only were we able to fix the laptop over the phone and via chatting, but I was even able to perform the exorcism at home on the PC there. That's really saying something, since I'm a 56 year old anti-tech kind of guy.
