Last week, out of frustration over my problem and the difference in time zones, I wrote to you as a very disgruntled customer. Today I'm writing to express my gratitude in helping me solve my computer issues. Both Bryan and Mary Anne were especially helpful and patient as we waded through my problems. Not only were we able to fix the laptop over the phone and via chatting, but I was even able to perform the exorcism at home on the PC there. That's really saying something, since I'm a 56 year old anti-tech kind of guy.

I have been using your Stop Sign Software Station for about 4 years now. I have 2 computers at home and 2 at work that are protected by Stop Sign. I also use IShield on the 2 at home. It has been a great experience working with you - I have had a few problems along the way but you have always handled my questions and got me back up and running in no time flat. Thank you for providing me the peace of mind that allows me to use my computers without the worry that some unknown hacker is going to ruin my day.
