1. Ensure your Scanner is updated.

2. Run Priority Scan

If you have completed BOTH the steps needed to update the scanner AND run a Priority Scan and you are still experiencing problems regarding an uncured threat on your computer, please contact our technical support team.

Thank you very much for re-sending me the cleaner and for explaining the how the scanning works. I appreciate your work, time, and effort. I feel safer now that I understand all this and can feel more secure that my machine is, indeed, clean now.

I just wanted to thank you for sending me my cleaner for a virus I had. I ran everything and have tried my internet and I'm back 100%. Thank you to everyone who assisted.

Just a note to say "Thank You" for ALL you guys do! I've had Stop Sign for approximately seven years on my PC and have recommeded it to many of my
friends back here in Pennsylvania. Over those years several "new" viruses have ocassionally hit my machine and each and everytime your customer
support was there to help me or send me a custom cleaner to correct my problem. It's so refreshing to actually talk to a real person when needing
technical support. Thanks for providing such fast, friendly and fantastic technical support for your product. Stop Sign ROCKS!!!

P.S. Support team member "Brice" has ben OUTSTANDING during my past couple of issues. Please thank him again for me.

Once I removed that "Desktop Security" program, all has been working without a hitch. Apparently it placed this program in "C's Taskbar Programs" and when I click it to bring it up, it activated. I used your cleaner again and it deactivated it and from there, I erased it using that program. Since then, no more issues.

I installed and ran the custom cure. It ran in less that 20 seconds, so fast I nearly issed it. However, it seems to have straightened things out. Didn't get to use the computer too much yesterday as duties took me elsewhere but so far things seem good.
