Viewing Tickets - Ticket Status - Password Help

 


NOTE: It is not necessary to log into the StopSign Knowledgebase to read any articles.


By logging into the StopSign Support Center, you can check the status of help request.  You may also post questions and replies directly to your tickets.

You may have received an automated email reply from our help desk system. The email address and your password are your login information for the StopSign Support Center.

To the LEFT of this screen, you will see a LOGIN section.

Fill in the email address and the password you received via the automatic reply referenced above.


NOTE: If you do not have your password -click LOST PASSWORD, enter your email address - and a new password will be sent via email.


Status Meanings:

OPEN - Newly received - unreviewed request.

ESCALATED - Results have been reviewed - item sent to StopSign Custom Cure process

IN PROGRESS - StopSign Custom Cure in progress

IN TESTING - StopSign Custom Cure being tested prior to release

RESOLVED - Item has been reviewed - response - if needed - has been sent to the end user.
